Christine North
Christine North is a garden designer, plantswoman and teacher. In 1994 she won the Silver Medal at Hampton Court Flower Show for the Princes Trust Garden. She will be giving topiary courses at West Dean and Marlborough College this summer and a one day course entitled Total Topiary at the English Gardening School. The day will start with slide lectures on the historical importance of topiary and the vast range of plants that can be used before tackling the practicalities. The courses are aimed as much for those with a pot on a patio as for those with a large estate.
